Birch & Willow Studio designs and creates limited edition and one-of-a-kind sconces and pendants in Massachusetts. The work is inspired by the natural play between light and shadow. Our mission is to create whimsical lighting with an intrinsic sense of nature. Each pendant and sconce is made with sustainably harvested materials and handmade paper. Birch & Willow is a green woman-owned business founded in 1997. Respecting and preserving the environment has been one of our guiding principles for fifteen years.

We use environmentally conscientious manufacturing processes, high levels of recyclable natural materials, water-based finishes and adhesives, and natural patinas. Our packing materials are reused and we encourage our customers to continue to recycle the packaging they receive from us.       

Located in a lovely studio in Western Massachusetts, Birch & Willow offers in-house production from design to delivery. Skilled artists customize earth-friendly lamps, luminaries and shades that bring nature into homes or commercial spaces.
